Introduction

Welcome to my blog.
I am a fully qualified chef and has decided to use my knowledge in a progressive and informative way. I have decided to comment on the preperation, presentation and taste experience of food at normal restaurants and fast food outlets. I don't view myself as a critic as I won't only be criticizing but also complementing where it is due.
I hope that this blog will be informative to the normal person in the street that make use of everyday establishments such as restaurants and take aways.
